Commercial Director
Chris joined Eyeplan in 2006 as Commercial Director, although prior to this he was a patient and Eyeplan member. Before 2006 Chris worked in the marketing services industry primarily helping others promote their products and services. Chris has also had his own business. Chris has overall responsibility for the ‘front of house’ part of Eyeplan and delivering the services that support Eyeplan’s Associates.

Andrew
Practice Development Manager
Andrew joined the team in January 2019 and has been in the optics industry since 2001. He is responsible, along with Chris, for training, motivating and assisting Associate practices. You can book a visit from Andrew to help with any marketing activities or business support that you require.

Dorothy
Marketing and PR Executive
Dot has been working with our Associates since 2010 to help them shout about what they do best. Specialising in copywriting, proofreading and media relations, but also very capable in design and print, Dot will write you a press release, speak to your local journalists and do her best to get you in the papers!
Hayley
Marketing Executive and Designer
Hayley is our inhouse design specialist and has been working with Associates since 2007 to create beautiful, eye-catching designs for the optical industry. Whether you need a new logo, leaflets, posters, banners, business cards or any other printed materials, Hayley will make your vision a reality.
Victoria
Social Media Assistant
Language and Linguistics graduate Victoria is our social media whizz. Keeping up to date with the everchanging world of social media, Victoria is also in charge of producing top quality posts and videos for our social media channels so you always have something to share.

Tricia
General Manager
Tricia joined the company just before Optrafair 2005.
As General Manager, Tricia ensures that the team of Administrators look after all aspects of your Eyeplan Client Memberships. Eyeplan is Tricia’s second career; she graduated with a combined Honours degree in Maths and Education and spent many years managing a successful Primary School as Deputy Headteacher.

Helen
Client Liaison Manager
Helen has been with the company since the very beginning, in fact she was the first full time employee on the payroll. More often than not Helen’s voice will be the first you hear, as she’s always been the voice of Eyeplan administration. As Client Liaison Manager Helen is, in many ways, the core of the Eyeplan team.

Simon
Managing Director
Simon is one of the founding directors and architect of Eyeplan. After qualifying with D&A in 1986 he started Eyetech Independent Opticians with a colleague. 25 years later, the Eyetech Group of Companies comprises seven businesses and 50 employees of which Simon is Managing Director.

Fraser
Financial Director
Fraser Robertson is also a founding director of Eyeplan. He started as a Management Accountant for Eyetech Opticians partnership. Following major personal and business involvement in winning the ground breaking industry VAT case for Opticians (Eye-Tech and Leightons vs HM Customs and Excise), Fraser co-founded Eyeplan. Fraser now works as Financial Director for the Eyetech Group.
