Support from Eyeplan
Support from Eyeplan does not end after the training session. On going support includes:
Training: Eyeplan staff will return and ‘top up’ train as often as is required.
Telephone Support: Available Monday to Friday, Eyeplan staff are available on the telephone to answer any questions
Support Materials: Eyeplan develops and makes available to Associates a wide range of support materials (through an on line catalogue). Eyeplan can also design and produce custom support materials for individual practices if required.
Events: Eyeplan will help organise and support practice events.
And, last but not least, general marketing support. Eyeplan is acutely aware that for patients to become members of Eyeplan they first need to visit the Associate practice. Eyeplan marketing experts will work with Associates and advise on how best to promote a practice and help Associate bring their marketing plans to fruition.
