What can Eyeplan Connect will cost?

Eyeplan will not charge for the advice, brief or creative element of Eyeplan Connect; that is included as part of Eyeplan’s service to the Associate. The Associate will pay the cost of the printed materials, the postage and, if applicable, the data charge.These costs will all vary depending on quantities and the nature of the marketing piece.

• Typically an A6 Postcard printed on both sides in 4 colour process, mailed second class to a purchased data set will cost approximately 70p per item.

Is it Worth It?

The industry-standard return of a campaign using Eyeplan Connect is normally between 2% and 5%...

1. If a practice sent out 500 items at 70p each this would cost £350.00.
2. At 2% the campaign will attract 10 new patients.
3. The cost of acquisition of each new patient is therefore £35.00.
4. If all patients pay for an eye examination at £25.00 this is £250.00 of revenue.
5. If 6 of the 10 new patients purchase a pair of spectacles at £180.00, this is £1,080.00 of revenue.

This does not take into account the whole lifetime value of a patient who joins your practice!
