How Eyeplan Connect works?

STEP 1: Eyeplan will visit the practice and discuss the nature of the campaign that the practice wishes to run; what is to be promoted, the mailing materials, the nature of the design and the target audience. This meeting will be documented as a ‘brief’ for approval by the Associate.

STEP 2: Eyeplan will design the marketing piece and prepare the mailing database, from:

1. The existing Eyeplan Associates' membership list, or
2. The practice’s patient list, or
3. An independent 3rd party population database.

STEP 3: The Associate will approve the design of the marketing piece.

STEP 4: Eyeplan will manage the mailing process.
