What is Eyeplan Connect?

Eyeplan Connect is a managed marketing service exclusively for Eyeplan Associates. It is designed to connect practices with new and existing patients through mailing personalised promotional materials.

Direct mail is an established marketing technique and, if used effectively, can bring positive results. The Eyeplan Connect service takes direct mail one stage further, in that Eyeplan will help create the promotional campaign; design the marketing piece, advise on target groups and manage the mailing process on behalf of the Associate practice.

Eyeplan Connect can be used to communicate to:

• Eyeplan members, with databases created by Eyeplan.
• The existing patient list, with databases provided by the Associate.
• New patients, with databases sourced from an independent, comprehensive, database of the UK population.

The advantage for the Eyeplan Associate is that a practice marketing campaign can be created and run without committing the time and effort that is required to do it effectively - that is part of Eyeplan’s service.
